  1. Area 53 of the Constitution (Eighteenth Amendment) Act, 2010 (10 of 2010), discarded provision (2) of Art. 149, (w.e.f. April 19, 2010). The erased statement (2) of Art. 149, as embraced in 1973, that read :

2 The official authority of the Federation will likewise reach out to the giving of headings to a Province with regards to the conveying into execution in that of any Federal law which identifies with a matter determined in the Concurrent Legislative List and approves the giving of such bearings.
